Return Policy

RETURN, Exchange & Cancellation POLICY

 

EXCHANGES

1.    Exchange can only be done on the same product for a different size, and it can be availed once per order.

 

2.    Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the desired is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of the issuance.

 

3.    Customers who wish to exchange a product for a different item have to submit a return request first. After return is processed, they can you the store credits to purchase the desired item.

 

4.    The new item will be shipped only after we receive and inspect the original item. If the exchanged item failed to pass the quality check process (QC), FIBONACCI reserves the right to disapprove the exchange request. In such cases, the customer will be liable to pay for the reverse pickup shipping cost and the charges for shipping the item back to the customer.

 

Returns

1.    We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs.100 will be deducted at the time of refund as store credits per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs.100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

 

2.    Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

 

3.    For both prepaid & cash on delivery (COD) orders, a store credit will be provided within 2-3 working days from the day the return shipment is received to our warehouse. This store credit will be sent to your registered email address/contact number subject to clearance of inspection for the quality of returned product.

 

4.    Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, store credits would not be provided and customer will be liable to pay the courier charges for shipping the items back to them.

5.    Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable. The store credit will be added to the account after deducting shipping charges borne by the company.

 

 

RETURNS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

 

Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.  

REFUNDS

1.    We only provide refund for items with manufacturing defects. If you received a product with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps to initiate the refund process.

 

Ø  Take a clear picture of the product clearly showing the defect.

Ø  E-mail the picture to our customer support team at support@fibonacciindia.com

Ø  In the e-mail, include the order no., a brief description of the defect, and your preferred choice between a refund or store credit.

 

Once we receive your e-mail and confirm the manufacturing defect, we will proceed the refund or store credit. Please note that this process may take up to 7 days from the date we receive your mail.

ORDER CANCELLATION

1.    Cancellations will only be possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation will no longer be accepted. The status update for order cancellation will be sent to your registered email ID / contact number.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

·      In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) along with the invoice to the following address:

·      Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) and QC of the items, the complete order amount will be refunded to your Fibonacci account as store credits.

PLEASE NOTE: We suggest, not use The Professional Couriers for self returns as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

·      Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

·      The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

·      In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail support@fibonacciindia.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.

·      Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (store credit) (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the store credit refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
